During my time at PagesJaunes, I’ve occupied multiple positions:
- Firstly, I’ve managed a team of 8 to 4 UI designers app & web and overviewed the 360° vision of the graphic design and it’s implementation on each devices for 4 years.
- UI direction of PagesJaunes.fr & the Android/iOS apps
- Users tests expert
- UX support, trainings & conferences
- Management of a team of 5 to 8 designers
- Design System, methodologies, process, …
- Then I took charge of the User Research for all fo PagesJaunes Digital department (user research protocols, live video user testing, quantitative questionnaires, analysis, recommendations and reporting to the team)
- Finally, in parallel, I integrated a team working on a strategic sales bespoke tool as Product Designer.
